Do you ever feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day and you’re burnt out with all you have to do? You can’t even remember the last time you laughed, like a serious belly laugh, with your kids. 

I believe that you can feel present and cultivate connection in your everyday life.

I'm sure you can admit that we've all had days that have felt so long. We've just tucked the little ones into bed, we're wiping down the kitchen counters and filling up the dishwasher, and finally we sit down and think - where did the day go? I call this survival mode - We've been so busy ensuring all is taken care of that we don't have the time to connect with anyone, or do the things we enjoy.

We have moments throughout our day when our minds are not focused on the important stuff, like our families.
