Goodness, time flies.

The year 2020 is over, and 2021 is here. Another year has come and gone!

For those of you who have been here since last year, I really appreciate your support! It’s time for some much-needed reflection and introspection to set the right tone for the new year! I have been busy coming up with my goals for 2021, and I wanted to share the biggest ones with you.

The first goal I have for 2021 is to help the wonderful mothers I work with feel even more pampered. I plan to deliver welcome boxes with little things like bath bombs, soaps, and candles. I want to leave my clients feeling special and truly taken care of.

The second goal I have for 2021 is to spend more time with clients before our session together. I’d love to get to know my families during a phone or video call. The more we know each other, the better I’ll be able to serve!

The third goal I have for this year is to focus on my education. No matter how successful a person is, I truly believe they never stop learning. I plan to learn from a mentor this year that has a service-driven heart. I know it’s possible to grow my business if I put the right systems in place. 2021 is a great time to move forward.

There’s nothing like sharing your goals with a list of virtual friends to make sure I stay accountable and actually work towards completing my goals! What about you?

What is your #1 goal for 2021? Leave a comment below and let me know. It really makes me happy to know more about what your goals and desires are.

About My Beautiful Family

This is me, my husband Phil, and my three youngest kids Lily, Hudson, and Henry. We visited my good friend Kayla at Tru Love Birth Photography for these cute family portraits. My oldest daughter couldn’t make it to our session, but we decided to create these fun memories anyway.

Throughout the smiles and joking around, I have to tell you, it was COLD. It was a December day in Ontario, Canada, and our boots were caked with mud. I was quickly reminded of why I do all my family sessions in early November. 🤣 That said, it was a fun family adventure and I am SO glad we did it.

I chose to create a gorgeous wall gallery with the images from this session. Check out photos of it below.

Want to shop the studio wardrobe?

Hi there, I'm Karen! I am obsessed with newborn baby yawns, giggling kids, and jumpsuits. I'm a mama of four who understands the busyness of everyday life. I've learned to love and enjoy it through lifestyle photography. I know what it’s like to look back on my children’s first years and feel like they flew by so quickly. I don’t want any other mamas to forget what their baby’s little fingers and toes looked like all curled up. My hope is that I can help you create albums and prints to serve as physical reminders of these sweet times throughout your baby’s early years. Contact me for info.
